60-unit household app. Complicated in Greensboro formally opened on October 25th

A grand opening and severing ceremony is scheduled for Friday, October 25th at 10 a.m. at Ryan Ridge Apartments, the city’s first multi-family project funded by 2016 residential bonds and low-income residential tax credits.

The 60 unit apartment complex is located at Rehobeth Church Rd. 4410-4412 and includes one, two and three bedroom units that are affordable for families.

The total cost of the project was approximately $ 8.05 million; $ 880,000 came from 2016 City housing bond funds. The project was developed by MC Morgan & Associates Inc. of High Point.

The public opening event will be attended by local and government officials, city officials, property developers and leasing agents from Wynnefield Properties, who manage the on-site apartments and rental office. The first residents of Ryan Ridge will also attend.
