Brew Peddlers trolley bar is all about seeing – and being seen – downtown Greensboro meal
The itineraries vary. Pubs like Stumble Stilskins and breweries like Joymongers, Preyer and Little Brother are popular places to go.
“We don’t have tours per se. We have a list of partners downtown, but we leave it up to customers to choose where to go, ”said Graham. “It’s your tour. We’re only here to help you make it as fun as possible. “
A two hour tour begins on Lewis Street.
“Two to four stops are the maximum for a two-hour tour,” said French.
Graham adds, “That gives you 10-15 minutes for each stop for a beer or a wine or whatever you like.”
The drivers face each other at a bar that is equipped with cup holders. It’s BYOB. The cart is approved by the City of Greensboro to allow open alcohol containers. However, opened drinks cannot be taken on or off the trolley. For safety reasons, Brew Peddlers does not allow glass containers. The operator provides snacks and ice coolers. Or bring your own.
Two types of tours are offered.
Private tours can accommodate up to 14 people and cost $ 350. Groups reserve the car for special occasions such as birthdays, stag and hen parties, and other excursions.
“We had several 40th birthday parties and 30th birthday parties this year where the car was completely decked out with balloons, streamers, and so on,” said Graham. “We had a couple of Christmas sweater parties last Christmas.”
