Greensboro Agrees to Metropolis Worker COVID Testing Coverage | Native authorities
GREENSBORO – Starting November 1st, municipal employees who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 must be tested weekly.
Those who are fully vaccinated but “had close exposure or symptoms” also need to be tested, the city said in a press release on Wednesday.
“The City of Greensboro has a duty to provide and maintain our employees a workplace that is free from known hazards,” said Human Resources Director Jamiah Waterman in the press release. “This policy is designed to help protect the health of our employees and the community at large.”
