Greensboro Brewery companions with GSO Delight for a “hyper-local” beer

GREENSBORO, NC (WGHP) – A fresh new brew hits shelves in time for Greensboro Pride.

Alternative Resources of the Triad, the non-profit that hosts Greensboro Pride each year, is partnering with Greensboro’s Little Brother Brewing to create a new beer to celebrate the 15th annual Greensboro Pride.

Little Brother Brewing, on Elm Street just across from Natty Greene’s, is at the heart of the Greensboro Pride footprint. They serve as the event’s official beer garden.

“Greensboro Pride is excited about this new opportunity to partner with one of the great breweries in our city,” said Acting Chairman Brian Coleman. “We love getting involved in our community, and a new beer brewed right into the footprint of our festival allows us to make it hyper-local.”

The beer will be sold from September 13th. It’s a mango and passion fruit gose called #GSOPride. Goses is a German-style sour beer.

“We’re excited to share this year’s #GSOPride Gose and are honored to partner with Greensboro Pride as we recognize the LGBTQ community that adds so much to the spirit of our city,” said Karmen Bulmer, Director of Operations at Little Brother Brewing.

Greensboro Pride is on Sunday, September 19th. All are welcome.
