Greensboro girl, 21, dies after being shot lifeless late Sunday, police say | crime

GREENSBORO – A 21-year-old Greensboro woman died of injuries early Monday after being shot late Sunday, Greensboro police said in a press release.

Police say they are investigating Keyona Deasia Walker’s death as murder and are currently unable to release any suspicious information.

According to information in the press release, officers responded to a reported shooting at Block 200 on East Whittington Street shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Sunday. The police did not provide any further details.
