Greensboro man arrested in reference to photographs within the college market, police say | crime

GREENSBORO – A Greensboro man wanted in a shootout that injured a shop clerk was arrested in Winston-Salem on Friday, police said in a press release.

Dajuan Razjae McSwain, 21, is charged with attempted first degree murder and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon.

The arrest goes on a robbery on July 16 at University Mart, 722 Warren St.

The officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim around 10 a.m. that day and, according to police, found an injured shop employee.

Later that day, Crime Stoppers posted photos of a man believed to be involved in the robbery.

McSwain is being held at Guilford County Detention Center. Deposit information was not immediately available.
