Greensboro Meals Truck Hearth explodes, injuring the firefighter

A firefighter was rushed to the hospital after being knocked to the ground after a food truck explosion near an ABC store in Greensboro, reports myfox8.com.

At least four fire engines and several firefighters reacted to the incident on Saturday evening around 5 p.m. in the 2300 block on Fleming Road.

Information on how the fire started, the identity of the firefighter and the extent of the injuries was not disclosed.

When firefighters arrived, officials said they found the food truck and off-road vehicle engulfed. A cylinder in the food truck burst, causing the explosion that knocked down the firefighter.
