Greensboro Provides New Drop-Off Level for Glass Recycling | Native information

GREENSBORO – The city has opened another location to drop off glass bottles and jars that are no longer accepted in Greensboro’s recycling program.

Residents who wish to continue recycling glass can take it to any of the 10 glass recycling drop-off points, including the new location at Fire Station 61 on Vandalia Road, the city said.

Bring empty, clean, and dry glass bottles and glasses to the blue recycling trolleys at these glass drop-off points:

The glass dropped off at the site will be combined with glass that is collected in local bars and restaurants to be recycled into new glass bottles and glasses, the city said. For more information on changes to Greensboro recycling, please visit www.greensboro-nc.gov/resetrecycle.
