Greensboro Public Library’s Seize & Go service begins on Monday | Native information

GREENSBORO – The Greensboro Public Library will be offering a “Grab & Go” service starting Monday.

The library said the service will be available at the Central Library and Benjamin, McGirt-Horton, and Glenn McNairy branches, with other locations adding the option as security measures are in place.

The new service times are Mondays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The library said customers can make a quick material selection, check out, and leave the building. Library customers can visit once a day for 30 minutes.

According to the library, there will be no seating and no public computer use during the Grab & Go phase. Online programming will continue, but no internal events and no use of the public meeting rooms.

The library said roadside service will continue for customers who want to pick up materials without entering the building. Customers can call their branch to arrange a pick-up time.

The library asks customers to wear a mask when visiting.
