Inventive Greensboro presents ‘Two Winter Tales’ from December 12th to 13th to Youngsters and Household

GREENSBORO, NC – Celebrate the season by using Creative Greensboro to create a children’s virtual seasonal production, Two Winter Tales, made up of two short pieces about the winter. The show will be broadcast live on Saturday, December 12th at 7pm and on Sunday, December 13th at 2pm. Tickets are $ 8 and can be purchased at Call 336-335-6426 for more information.

The production features 17 local actors, ages 7-12, many of whom are first-time collaborators with Creative Greensboro. For some of them it is their first experience in live theater.

The first piece, “A Season For Snowflakes”, is about snowflakes that are in the sky and can’t wait to fall and cover the landscape with beautiful white snow. The second piece “The Ants and the Grasshopper” is an adaptation of the famous Aesop’s Fable. Ants work hard to save food for the winter, but the grasshopper is having too much fun at work. Then winter comes. Both pieces are suitable for all ages. The show lasts approximately 25 minutes.
