Keefe, Louis Joseph

February 12, 1972 – December 29, 2021

Devoted husband and father, Louis Joseph Keefe, 49, of Raleigh, NC, died with family members on December 29, 2021 after a courageous and intense battle with glioblastoma.

Lou Keefe had already died from his father, Charles Keefe. He leaves behind his loving wife Jessica Keefe and the children Aiden Keefe and Liam Keefe. In addition, his mother leaves Ann Keefe; In-laws, Keith and Vicky Fuquay; Siblings Bill Keefe, Michael Keefe, and Stasia Wycuff (Shane); Nephews, Christian Keefe and Jacob Wycuff; Niece Isabella Wycuff.

Lou worked for many years as Director of Revenue Management in the hospitality industry and later founded two successful companies. He was a very goal-oriented and motivated person. Lou really loved his family and was very pleased with his sons. He was an avid traveler who loved to laugh, read, and learn new things. He was a generous man who was indebted to faith, family and friends with immense zeal for life. Lou had a way of making a lasting impression and his memory will not be forgotten.

Family and friends will be welcomed on Monday, January 3, 2022, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Hanes Lineberry N. Elm Chapel.

On Tuesday, January 4, 2022, 11 a.m., a Christian funeral mass will take place in the Catholic Church of St. Pius X. The burial takes place in the forest cemetery.

The family gratefully requests that memorials be erected in Lou’s name at the Catholic Church of St. Pius X, 2210 N. Elm St., Greensboro, NC 27408.
