Motorcyclist died on account of an accident in Greensboro on Christmas night time | Native

GREENSBORO – A Greensboro man died after his motorcycle crashed into a vehicle on Christmas night, according to a Greensboro Police press release.

At around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, officials responded to the crash on Freeman Mill Road and Coliseum Boulevard.

Terrell Crudup, 28, was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle north on Freeman Mill Road towards Coliseum Boulevard when the accident occurred, police said. A Cadillac Escalade heading south on Freeman Mill Road turned left on Coliseum Boulevard.

Crudup ran over a red light for his direction of travel and reportedly crashed into the Escalade. The driver of the Escalade sustained a lip cut.

Crudup was taken to Moses Cone Hospital. Police said he died from injuries sustained in the crash on Sunday evening.

Greensboro Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit is investigating the crash.
