Coleman, Mrs. Frances Nabors

March 20, 1933 – April 22, 2021

Ms. Frances Nabors Coleman, 88, was at home with her Lord and Savior in the early hours of April 22, 2021.

A celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Lankford Memorial Baptist Church. Pastor Josh Apple will officiate. The funeral will take place immediately after the service in the Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Frances was born in Greensboro, NC, to the late Dewey and Ruby Nabors. She was a member of the Lankford Memorial Baptist Church.

Together with her parents, Frances is led to her death by her husband Leonard Coleman.

Mrs. Coleman is survived by daughter Susan Almazan (Fred), sons Len Coleman (Tammy) and Ed Coleman (Allison). Grandchildren, Ashley Rumley (Dustin), Logan Coleman, Rabe Almazan, Harrison Coleman, Owen Coleman; Great grandson, Easton Rumley.

Frances was known as an avid prayer warrior. She always thought of others by sending greeting cards for all occasions. A fond memory of the family is their love for baking, cakes and tarts galore. Spending time on the beach and family celebrations were some of her favorite pastimes and we have many memories to cherish.

The family will be welcomed to church on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, before the service, from 12 p.m. to 12.45 p.m.

Flowers are welcome and memorial donations can be made to the Autism Society, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 305, Rockville, MD 20852.
