Particular person discovered shot useless in Greensboro Park, police say | crime

GREENSBORO – A person was found in a park with a gunshot wound on Sunday afternoon, Greensboro police said in a press release.

At 2:49 p.m., officials at Hester Park, 910 Ailanthus St, called in response to a phone call about a major attack. Upon arrival they found a person with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, police said.

The police are currently not looking for a suspect, the statement said.
