Rock N Roll Cruise Good Vibrations Band welcomes you again to Downtown Greensboro on Saturday September 18th Existence

(Greensboro, Georgia — September 10, 2021) Downtown Greensboro will greet the Rock n ‘Roll Cruise-In on the courthouse lawn on Saturday, September 18, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. as vintage cars stand on either side of the north Main Street and visitors enjoy the sounds of the ever popular Good Vibrations Band. The event is free for all participants!

The annual Rock n ‘Roll Cruise-In event is hosted by the Georgia Classic Cruisers Car Club of Greensboro and the Greensboro Main Street Program. The event will feature antique, classic, vintage, street rods and special interest cars. In addition, the event features live music, dancing, shopping, and food concessions to enhance cruise-in on the road.

Good Vibrations Band, based in Macon, GA, is a energetic, seasoned group of musicians whose charisma and enthusiasm populate the dance floor while keeping their audience on the beat! The band’s strong vocals added to the driving rhythm of the percussion give the group a full sound and allow them to play a wide range of memorable melodies like top 40 hits from the 60s to today! So, dust off your dancing shoes, practice your moves, and start planning to dance the night away under the stars in downtown Greensboro!

About 100 special cars will grace the streets of Greensboro,

from stock antiques to heavily modified hot rods. There will be an abundance of 1960s-1970s muscle cars, including GTOs, Corvettes, Chevelles and Camaros, as well as Ford Mustangs and Chrysler products such as Barracudas, Belvedere and Road Runners. Several ’55 – ’59 Chevrolets are also on display. There is something for every car lover.

For auto attendees, a US $ 20 registration fee includes door prizes and dashboard badges, plus an opportunity to win one of 25 prizes kindly sponsored by Jimmy Britt Chevrolet, Buick, Greensboro’s GMC dealer. Vehicle registration begins at 3:00 p.m. and the award ceremony takes place in the evening at 8:00 p.m.
