The 79-year-old man who went lacking has returned residence safely, Greensboro Native Police say

GREENSBORO – Glenn Byerly, a 79-year-old man who was reported missing, has returned home safely, according to Greensboro police.

GREENSBORO – Police are looking for a 79-year-old man who was last seen on Saturday afternoon.

The department on Saturday issued a Silver Alert to Glenn Byerly, who may have dementia or other cognitive impairment.

Byerly is a white man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 226 pounds, police said in a news release.

He was last seen on Saturday at 3:45 p.m. and may be driving a gray 2005 Buick LeSabre with the NC license plate EBN8216. He was last seen in a blue buttoned shirt and dark blue pants. He wears gold glasses.
