YMCA FROM GREENSBORO TO HOST JOB FAIR; RECRUITING MORE THAN 50 JOBS VIA MULTIPLE LOCATIONS | Firms
[GREENSBORO, NC] – On Saturday, May 1st, the Greensboro YMCA is hosting a job fair to fill multi-department open part-time positions in many Guilford County locations. The event provides specific information on employment opportunities for youth development leaders (summer camp advisors and site coordinators), swimming instructors, member services and lifeguards.
“A job at Y is a great opportunity to turn a passion for the community into a rewarding and successful career,” said Sherri Self, HR director at YMCA in Greensboro. “Many of our executives started their YMCA careers part-time. We are therefore delighted to host this event and meet the future generation of Y-executives in our region.”
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Ragsdale Family YMCA on 900 Bonner Drive in Jamestown. The participants of the event have the opportunity to find out about vacancies at YMCA in the Greensboro branches, to gain insights into working at Y and, if desired, to apply for roles on site. Locations that will be on-site include Bryan YMCA, Spears YMCA, Hayes-Taylor YMCA, Ragsdale YMCA, and YMCA Camp Weaver.
